We stayed in de riverhouse. The rooms were very nice with a beautiful view over the river and mountains. The owner speaks very good English and gave us a lot information about Thailand. Thanks Sam
Via Booked.net we have booked a bungalow. We are a family of 5 people. We thought a bungalow was some kind of house. When we arrived the bungalow turned to be a smal 2-person room. Not suitable for our family. But they offert us two rooms on the riverboat. They rooms where not as cheap as the bungalow but very nice, with a great vieuw.

Rewritten: The Md House in Chiang Mai is a spotlessly clean place with great service provided by amicable staff. the rooms are reasonably large, air-conditioned, and equipped with a very comfy bed. it offers a great and convenient location close to restaurants and pubs, along with an awesome restaurant on site.

The guy serving breakfast was really great, he was so friendly and nice. The beds were very comfortable. The room we had was spacious with good furniture and storage and it was nice to have free wifi and English movie channels on tv. It was also nice to have free breakfast. The location was excellent, with many great restaurants two minutes walk away.
The pool area was crowded, there was not much space to relax or tan. Other guests were sometimes a bit noisy at night and woke us up.

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the older man who sometimes works at the reception as well as the doing the taxi service. He was very chatty, good fun and full of information! They organised a taxi service to the Tiger Kingdom and had lots of information on various tours available at their tour desk. They let you browse through the information without being pushy. The breakfast was great, there was a choice of about 5 or 6 things with tea or coffee. The wifi worked very well and could use it in the room aswell as all over the guesthouse. They also have a computer room with about 6 computers that are free to use.
The corridors on each floor are quite long and tend to amplify and echo any loud noises. Unfortunately while we we were there, there was a very loud group staying in the room opposite ours and they woke us up.

The staff was lovely the whole time of my stay. I had a storage space, climate control and free wireless internet access in the clean room...
Some people working there were not so friendly.

Convenient location, close to all the sights we wanted to check out. Not too far from the main hustle and bustle, as well as the airport and other hotspots in town. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to walk to 🍹.

There were huge, neat rooms with twin beds. The location was particularly good, with bars and pubs walking distance to the hotel. There was a garden and a river walking distance to the place👌

The family are very nice.
Left after 2 nights due to late night drunks in hallway. Mattress was rock hard and toilet leaked. Moved to centara 4 star hotel for not much more money.

The staff were really helpful and polite. They gave good recommendations on where to go and how much to pay for tuk tuks. Also the rooms were spacious and clean.
